Job Description As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead cross-functional teams, drive end-to-end project execution, and champion delivery best practices to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions. Your strategic mindset will ensure projects stay on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals—while fostering innovation and collaboration across disciplines. What You’ll Do Project Execution: Lead digital initiatives from concept to launch, managing scope, timelines, and resources. Agile Leadership: Champion Agile principles, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement. Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic bridge between clients, development teams, and leadership, ensuring alignment and transparency. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks using structured frameworks like risk matrices. Quality Assurance: Maintain technical and visual consistency across design, prototype, and build. Resource Management & Budget Oversight: Optimise project resources management and financials, ensuring value-driven delivery within scope. Client Advocacy: Serve as the trusted advisor for clients, addressing concerns with clarity and proactive technical and creative offerings. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, frontend and backend developers, architects, and QA specialists to exceed client expectations.
