That’s why we are looking for a Senior Data Scientist—someone who can elevate our data domain to the next level, unravel complex patterns, and fuel our strategic direction with advanced models.Your RoleIn this role, you will be the architect of our data insights on both a strategic and operational level.
Operating at the heart of the organization, you’ll serve as a sparring partner for the Management Team, Marketing, Finance, and Development.
You will get full autonomy and authority to take ownership of and shape data science at JouwWeb from the ground up.You will set the direction in this field through:Advanced Modeling & Forecasting: You analyze and model complex customer behavior to understand where our growth comes from and where it is headed.
Think of predicting Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), cohort analysis, churn prediction, and advanced funnel optimizations.
Your models will have a direct commercial impact.A/B Testing & Experimentation: You will professionalize our testing culture.
You’ll help teams formulate statistically sound hypotheses and A/B tests, and evaluate the results to determine what truly works.Data Structure & KPIs: You build the structure that makes all of this possible.
You will develop a clear KPI framework, safeguard the quality of our data sources, and ensure reliable dashboards so management always has the right steering information.Our Tech StackWe work with a pragmatic data stack and are open to improvements.
You will contribute ideas on how to further professionalize our tooling and data processes.
