Responsibilities Primary engineer driving best practices and improved adoption of observability tools, especially DatadogOptimize Taptap’s deployment methodologies using Github Actions and AWS ECSDrive maturation of Taptap Send service management through adoption of SRE best PracticesContribute to Taptap Send infrastructure as code projects, especially in TerraformWork with other engineering teams to assure optimal operation of Taptap Send’s systems including responding to large-scale incidents Requirements Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Cloudformation and AnsibleFamiliarity with industry leading CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, BitBucket Pipelines, CircleCI, BuildKite, etc.Experience with hands-on software engineering as part of a larger team or project (open-source experience acceptable)Experience scripting in PythonHands-on experience with Docker and container schedulers including AWS ECS & EKS, Kubernetes, Mesos/Marathon, etc.Hands-on cloud experience, especially in AWS.
