Description Position Summary Avum is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to design cloud solutions, build CI/CD pipelines, and manage container platforms that support secure, automated software delivery. This role helps ensure infrastructure and deployment processes meet security and compliance requirements within Department of Defense (DoD) network environments. Key Responsibilities Architect and deploy AWS resources (S3, Transfer Server, QuickSight, CloudWatch, EventBridge) using TerraformBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Java and Angular microservices (Tekton)Deploy and manage containerized microservices in OpenShift/Kubernetes environmentsAdminister OpenShift platform including maintenance, monitoring, patching, and hardeningUtilize security scanning tools to identify vulnerabilities in code, containers, and infrastructureBuild secure container images and manage container registryImplement IaC automation using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting tools Compensation The salary range for this position is $120,000 – $160,000 annually, with a target midpoint of $145,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic location.
