About The Role In this role, you will contribute to the development of advanced AI solutions, working with LLMs, agentic systems, and Vision-Language Models alongside computer vision technologies. Operating in a research-oriented environment, you will focus on building and optimizing real-world AI use cases and driving innovation through applied R&D initiatives. Responsibilities Design and build evaluation pipelines for LLM/SLM systemsOptimize SLMs (including quantization)Develop use cases such as translation, function calling, data validation, and evaluationDeploy and optimize models for edge environments (e.g., ONNX)Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and MCPExplore Nvidia software products experience, i.e., NVIDIA Blueprints VSS, AI-Q; CuOpt Engine Requirements Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, and VLMsSolid understanding of model optimization, inference, and edge deploymentExperience with ONNX or similar deployment frameworksBackground in Computer VisionBasic knowledge in Cloud (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)Working proficiency in English (upper-intermediate or higher) within a multicultural environment SoftServe is an equal opportunity employer.
