We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Professional with strong experience in software development, coding, systems support, and IT operations to join our team.
Position: IT Executive – Development & Systems
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Bahrain
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and enhance internal applications, systems, and digital solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code based on operational requirements.
• Support the development and integration of software applications, databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and system-related issues.
• Maintain and support company IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and user accounts.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency through technology.
• Assist with website, application, and database development and maintenance.
• Ensure proper system security, data protection, backups, and access controls.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users across departments.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of coding and software/application development.
• Experience with programming languages and technologies such as Python, JavaScript, PHP, Java, C#/.NET, HTML/CSS, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Good knowledge of databases, APIs, system integration, and web technologies.
• Knowledge of networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, Windows environments, and general IT support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT requirements.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in automation, application development, system integration, database management, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and hospitality systems will be highly advantageous.
