About The Role We are seeking an AI-Driven Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to transforming the insurance broker experience through artificial intelligence and machine learning. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing intelligent systems that automate manual processes, enhance user experiences, and generate actionable data insights. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work across the entire technology stack, including front-end, back-end, and AI/ML initiatives. Your contributions will help shape the future of our innovative insurance platform, leveraging technologies such as Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, AWS, and emerging AI tools. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers, participate in architecture discussions, and be involved in the full lifecycle of product development, from prototyping to deployment.
