About The Role We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our automation pipelines and infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure seamless deployment processes, high availability, and scalability of our applications. You will work closely with software developers, QA teams, and clients to optimize our development workflows and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend and frontend development, with a focus on DevOps disciplines and modern Kubernetes infrastructure. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing our deployment strategies, automating repetitive tasks, and maintaining our cloud-native environments. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in DevOps or a related field. A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification is required. You should have comprehensive knowledge of Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, GitLab, Linux, Docker, and OpenShift. Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges are also crucial for success in this role. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automation pipelines to streamline deployment processes.Manage and optimize cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes, OpenShift, and related tools.Collaborate with development teams to integrate infrastructure as code practices.Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and other relevant tools.Automate configuration management and deployment tasks with Ansible and Terraform.Ensure high system availability, security, and performance of all infrastructure components.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployment issues and infrastructure problems.Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve our infrastructure.
