Description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Automation & Digital Solutions Team. In this role, you will develop and support automation, AI-enabled, and low-code solutions that improve business processes and enable modern digital capabilities across Outokumpu. The role covers solutions built with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and related technologies, supporting both enterprise business use cases and internal Data & Analytics solutions. You will also contribute to establishing and improving DevOps practices within IT. Your responsibilities: Develop and maintain automation, AI-enabled, and low-code solutions using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 technologiesDevelop and support Outokumpu’s Data Catalog solution and other Data & Analytics initiativesTranslate business requirements into technical designs and effective solution componentsBuild workflows, integrations, APIs, and supporting technical solutionsSupport solution delivery throughout the lifecycle, from development and deployment to ongoing improvementsEnsure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with IT standardsCollaborate on setting up and improving DevOps practices within ITIdentify opportunities to improve processes, usability, and solution performance What we are looking for: Relevant university degree or 3+ years of equivalent professional experienceExperience in automation, low-code, digital, or software solution developmentGood knowledge of Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 technologies, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)Experience with CI/CD practicesScripting and automation skills (Python, Bash/PowerShell), basic Linux and SQL knowledgeAbility to use AI-assisted development in solution deliveryStrong collaboration skills and good command of written and spoken English What you will contribute: Increasing adoption of trusted, governed, and reusable digital solutionsReducing manual effort through effective automationSupporting the transition from legacy solutions to modern low-code and AI-enabled capabilitiesEnabling business teams through scalable and maintainable digital solutionsSupporting Data & Analytics and Digital Platform priorities What We Offer International, diverse, and highly collaborative working environmentHybrid way of working (not less than 2 times per week in the office)Private life insurance (Ergo Hestia)Comprehensive medical care (Lux Med)Pension scheme (PPK with PZU)Multisport card supporting an active lifestyleAnnual performance bonus (STI) rewarding results and contributionAccident-free bonus awarded when defined safety targets are met and no incidents occur on the manufacturing site Salary range in Poland: 10 900 to 13 640 zl. gross per month.
