About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end applications, websites, and systems that support our operational needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in building custom solutions tailored to our business processes and ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in software development, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions that enhance our service delivery and operational efficiency. Qualifications The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. A minimum of two years of experience in application or report development is required, demonstrating proficiency in programming languages and development frameworks. Candidates should have hands-on experience with SQL for database management, HTML5 and JavaScript for front-end development, and Python and PHP for back-end programming. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. Familiarity with version control systems and agile development methodologies is a plus. Responsibilities As a Full Stack Developer, your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces, developing robust back-end systems, and ensuring the security and scalability of applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
