Description

ChannelEngine is looking for a Product Operations Manager 🎉Our Product team operates across multiple domains and product teams. We have established the foundations of our product operating model: the next step is to turn those foundations into a reliable system that works across teams and continuously improves. What will you do as Product Operations Manager?Your role will be to make ChannelEngine's product organization run with greater clarity, consistency, and pace - owning the operating system that connects strategy, signals, planning, and progress across multiple product teams. 🌟Key focus areas include leading the quarterly product-planning cycle, maintaining a single trusted view of roadmaps and delivery risks, and building a lightweight reporting rhythm that surfaces uncertainty early without adding unnecessary process overhead. Through structured product signal intake and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Delivery, you'll ensure customer and market insights are consistently routed to the right Product Owner and feed directly into prioritization decisions. Collaboration is key as you'll coach Product Owners to apply shared operating standards independently, build reusable playbooks and templates, and use automation and AI to reduce manual coordination - so the product organization spends less time compiling status and more time making good decisions.🚀
