ビジネス成功の重要な推進力として、お客様のクリーンルーム内での装置の設置、調整、メンテナンス業務
・主な職務内容
すべての安全手順を厳守し、安全と品質を最優先に推進半導体プロセス装置の設置、アップグレード、および保守作業を実施顧客とのコミュニケーション（電話、メール、対面）を通じて、効率的かつ一貫した顧客サポートを促進装置のログデータを分析し、顧客向けにレポートを作成（MS PowerPoint、MS Word、MS Excelを使用）ツールの稼働時間を最大化し、ハードウェアの問題に関する設置およびサポートを確実に実行新しい評価プロジェクトを管理し、プロジェクトを成功に導く
・応募資格
関連業界でのフィールドサービスエンジニアとしての5年以上の経験お客様とコミュニケーションを円滑にとるためのコミュニケーションスキル半導体製造装置の知見ビジネスレベルの日本語能力（JLPT N2以上）、読み書き以上の英語力（TOEIC 600点目安）
