Safety Admin Coordinator I - 12 Month Contract Role Role Overview The Safety Admin Coordinator I supports on-site safety operations for semiconductor facilities, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. This role serves as the designated safety coordinator when required and partners closely with field teams to maintain a safe working environment. This position is based on site in Taylor, Texas (Austin area). Responsibilities Serve as the designated safety coordinator for onsite teams as required Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and customer-specific safety standards Conduct safety audits, inspections, and daily site checks Monitor field activities to ensure safe work practices are followed Support incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions Maintain safety documentation, logs, and compliance records Coordinate safety training and ensure certifications are up to date Serve as liaison between site teams and customer safety representatives Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of safety experience in industrial, construction, or semiconductor environments OSHA 30 certification required Ability to meet customer site requirements for designated safety coordinator Strong verbal communication skills in English Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day) Valid driver’s license and ability to travel from home to customer site daily Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting semiconductor fab environments Familiarity with contractor safety management programs Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced onsite environment Additional Details Location: Onsite - Austin, TX Work Schedule: Onsite, regular business hours (may vary based on site needs) Travel: Local daily commute to customer site Relocation: Not provided Apply today to be part of what’s next.
