Founded in 2012 with a vision of democratizing AI, Appier’s mission is turning AI into ROI by making software intelligent. Appier now has 17 offices across APAC, Europe and U.S., and is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (Ticker number: 4180). Visit www.appier.com for more information. About the Role This role acts as a key business partner for Global ESS Sales Operations, serving as a second owner for operational governance and revenue forecast discipline across GCR, JP, KR, and SEA. It co-manages two pillars — Sales Operations and Revenue Forecast — connecting business context, Salesforce data, contract readiness, pricing governance, and cross-functional execution to improve revenue visibility and operational quality. Key Responsibilities Operations Governance & Deal Review: own first-level review of new/upsell/renewal/downgrade/churn/special-pricing deals; validate Salesforce data, pricing, discounts, and approvals; drive CRM data hygiene and cross-region consistency. Contract Readiness & Cross-functional Coordination: align Salesforce data, commercial terms, and financial reporting before contract issuance; coordinate with Sales, CSM, Legal, Finance, Product, Strategy, and MIS to resolve deal blockers. AI-Enabled Sales Operations: use AI tools for data validation, forecast summaries, pricing comparisons, and documentation; build workflows/checklists that evolve with products, pricing, and governance needs. Revenue Forecast & Management Reporting: track target attainment, pipeline, and renewal progress; review forecast accuracy; prepare business reviews, deal risk summaries, and management reporting. About You Minimum Qualifications 5+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Deal Desk, Business/Commercial Ops, or Business Intelligence (SaaS/B2B/enterprise tech preferred). Strong grasp of revenue-ops concepts (MRR, ACV, renewal, discount, approval workflow, forecast governance) and strong analytical/business acumen. Strong cross-functional communication with Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, CS, Strategy, and MIS; comfortable with Salesforce/CRM data and AI productivity tools. Business English required; Japanese or Korean is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience in SaaS Deal Desk, pricing governance, or multi-region Sales Ops; building SOPs, workflows, dashboards, or AI-enabled templates. Familiarity with pricing/margin analysis; Salesforce Admin Certification is a plus, but not required. Success Profile A business-minded operator connecting revenue forecast, deal execution, pricing governance, contract readiness, and Salesforce data quality. A reliable second owner who can independently manage global operation workflows, and a process optimizer who keeps Sales Ops aligned with evolving needs. A practical AI adopter who improves operational efficiency without compromising governance quality or data accuracy. #LI-AC2
