Process Operations Associate, Clearing and Settlement

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Clearing & Settlement is a highly skilled team with a significant role within Operations, dedicated to ensuring a timely settlement. The team is composed of professionals with diverse expertise and background coming together from around the globe. By leveraging diverse skill sets, the team works collaboratively to not only execute the daily business to the highest standard but also drive innovation, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: Monitor settlements with multiple domestic brokers and banks in regards to securities transfers including tax data Investigation of any discrepancies and reach out to respective teams/brokers for necessary corrections Pro-actively chase counterparties and relevant groups in order to resolve settlement and or tax issues in regards to securities transfers Perform settlement especially for cross–border securities transfer and set up SSIs Resolve problems arisen from unmatched items and implement long term solutions for frequently occurring issues Document any exceptions in order to support the development team and build smooth automated processes. Support Product Managers in defining detailed functional requirements for new processes Involvement in projects and system improvements/testing activities WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Strong interest and hands-on experience particularly within securities settlement Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of transfer life cycle, good familiarity with post-trade operations, securities settlement The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience and should have managed post trade operations in the past Knowledge of SWIFT, Xact, T2S and Taxbox is advantageous Fluent in English (C1 level); German is a plus WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
