Design, build and ship the internal services and tooling the development organisation runs onOwn the lifecycle. Deploy what you write, maintain its Helm charts, and work directly with our Kubernetes clustersManage the infrastructure around your services with TerraformRun what you build. You are on call for the services you ownEvolve what exists. Our existing internal services, integrations and the wider tooling estate all need attentionWork with your users. The development teams are your customers; contribute to other parts of the system where it helps Qualifications This is a Go-centric role that requires strong, current Go expertise. Most of your work will be in GoBuilding complex backend services and APIsKubernetes and Helm: you deploy your own services and are comfortable working with clustersTerraform: you manage the infrastructure around your own servicesRelational databases (e.g. Postgres) and key-value stores (e.g. Redis)AI fluency level 3 - advanced proficiency.
