You will work directly alongside leadership to rebuild a profitable, scaled platform with AI at its core, owning what gets built and how it drives commercial impact.

The Role
You will act as a founding level individual contributor, identifying and building the most valuable AI opportunities across the business.
Identify high impact business problems and translate them into AI driven solutionsDefine the commercial case for what should be built, focusing on revenue, margin and efficiency gainsDesign, build and deploy production grade AI systems across pricing, content, product and internal toolingOwn the full lifecycle from idea through to deployment, measurement and iterationWork directly with founders on critical initiatives and strategic directionContinuously prioritise the highest leverage problems to maximise business impacBuild scalable, cost efficient systems with strong awareness of LLM economics and architecture
Your Skills and Experience
Strong experience building and deploying AI solutions in production environmentsProven commercial mindset with the ability to link technical work to business outcomesBackground as a technical founder, early stage CTO or high impact builder in a startup or scale upAbility to operate independently without predefined roadmaps or structured briefsTrack record of initiating, owning and delivering impactful projects end to endStrong understanding of modern AI tooling, including LLMs, agents and automation frameworkComfortable working in a fast moving, ambiguous environment with a focus on execution
