The person we are seeking for is a passionate and experienced software engineer who can work with us to combine the cutting-edge techniques and bring the AutoCAD user experience to next level on macOS. We expect the candidate to have deep knowledge of Mac platform, be mindful of the impact to AutoCAD Mac customers when developing the product and can work with cross functional and platform teams to deliver high quality product on schedule. Responsibilities Work as an integral member of a high-performance team making important individual contributionsEstimate schedules for projects undertaken and complete them on time, adhering to pre-determined specification and quality standardsDesign and build advanced functionalities on macOS platformCollaborate with cross-functional team to imagine, design and create new functionalitiesImproving application performanceContinuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiencyUnit-test code for robustness Minimum Requirements Bachelor in Computer Engineering with 5+ years working experience or equivalent MS with 3+ years working experienceStrong programming skills with C++, OOA and OOD skillsStrong programming skills with Swift/Objective-C on macOS/iOS platform, familiar with XCode and Cocoa frameworksComprehensive technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design and implementationGood analytical and design skills at product levelGood communications and interpersonal skillsMotivated, self-starter, creative thinker, ability to work alone or as part of a teamKnowledge of Web technology is a plusGraphic background and Metal knowledge is a plusBeing familiar with ObjectARX/LISP is a plus Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk! Salary transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $107,000 and $157,300. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
