Responsibilities
Develop, test and maintain Salesforce solutions, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud, Apex and platform configurations.Collaborate with business analysts, Solution Architects and delivery teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.Contribute to the development of secure, accessible and maintainable digital services that align with platform standards and business needs.Participate in code reviews, testing activities, release processes and continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and delivery outcomes.
Skills required:
Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud, Apex and Salesforce platform configuration.Experience developing integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and contemporary integration patterns.Experience delivering accessible digital services and applying accessibility standards and inclusive design principles throughout the software development lifecycle
Desirable skills:
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder or Platform Developer IExperience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), including Integration Procedures, OmniStudio and related platform capabilities.Experience supporting customer-facing digital services within government, regulated or highly governed environments.Experience across Salesforce platform capabilities such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and associated digital service platforms.
