What you’ll do We are looking for a technically strong leader who will partner with your Product Manager and Product Designer, to deliver the technical vision for your products and will have no problem coaching, mentoring and developing your people in the right direction. You will drive innovation on products and services that will improve our customer experience as well as scale our systems as our customer-base continues to grow. Leading your team in identifying, comparing, selecting, and implementing technology solutions and partnerships to meet current and future needsDesigning and leading the implementation of our strategy for technology while ensuring the implementation and enforcement of technology standards across the organizationAdvocating and communicating technology capabilities internally and externally, including leadership, customers, partners, and vendorsDirect report line management responsibilities What we are looking for Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously)Understand and share expertise in people leadership, motivating, coaching, mentoring and developing software engineers.You have experience architecting and building robust and scalable platform in the cloud - on high traffic sites, for scalability, reliability and performance. You also know how to cost optimize your cloud architecture.Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.You are an expert of C#, .NET core, you have worked on web technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, Javascript and angularjs/react.You have built applications with SOLID and micro services principles.
