About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack React Developer to join our dynamic and collaborative team at Embedded Shishya. Your expertise will contribute to building and maintaining robust front-end features with ReactJS, as well as architecting scalable backend systems with PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating modern, responsive interfaces using Tailwind CSS and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely within overlapping US business hours, supporting flexible work arrangements while contributing to a meaningful project that impacts organizational leadership worldwide. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ReactJS, demonstrated through a history of developing complex, production-ready web applications. Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL is essential, including experience with database architecture, performance tuning, and ensuring data integrity. Candidates should have advanced skills in Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks to develop responsive and modern user interfaces. Familiarity with AI tools that augment development workflows is highly desirable. While not mandatory, experience with Remix IDE, NextJS, and exposure to leadership development or learning management systems will be considered advantageous.
