About The Role
Supio is standing up a new Compliance Platform team to protect the most sensitive data our customers entrust to us.
The platform does its heaviest lifting behind the scenes, but it needs a clear, trustworthy face: the interface where compliance is actually managed.
You will own that surface end to end — a lightweight, purposeful UI for reporting, BAA and contract management, data opt-in/opt-out, data residency, and access management — used by engineers, CSMs, DevOps, executives, and our privacy office.

What You'll Do
Design and build the compliance platform's UI from scratch: reporting dashboards, BAA and contract management, opt-in/opt-out and data residency managementBuild authentication and authorization flows so the right people — and only the right people — see sensitive reports and recordsTurn dense audit and access data into reporting that executives and our privacy office can act onWork directly with the founding backend engineer to shape the platform's APIsShip a lightweight v1 quickly, then iterate with internal users across engineering, customer success, and DevOps

Compensation
As an early-stage startup, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits.

Base Salary by Location
Seattle, WA: $170,000 – $243,000 annuallySan Francisco, CA: $200,000 - $255,000 annually
Actual compensation may vary outside of these ranges based on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
