About The Role Supio is standing up a new Compliance Platform team to protect the most sensitive data our customers entrust to us. The platform does its heaviest lifting behind the scenes, but it needs a clear, trustworthy face: the interface where compliance is actually managed. You will own that surface end to end — a lightweight, purposeful UI for reporting, BAA and contract management, data opt-in/opt-out, data residency, and access management — used by engineers, CSMs, DevOps, executives, and our privacy office. Small team, founding seat, real stakes. What You'll Do Design and build the compliance platform's UI from scratch: reporting dashboards, BAA and contract management, opt-in/opt-out and data residency managementBuild authentication and authorization flows so the right people — and only the right people — see sensitive reports and recordsTurn dense audit and access data into reporting that executives and our privacy office can act onWork directly with the founding backend engineer to shape the platform's APIsShip a lightweight v1 quickly, then iterate with internal users across engineering, customer success, and DevOps What You'll Bring 5+ years of frontend engineering experience building production web applicationsExperience building internal tools, admin surfaces, or data-heavy dashboards that people rely on dailyStrong instincts for permission-gated UX — roles, access states, and what each audience should and should not seeCare for clarity: you make complex data legible without dumbing it downComfort on a small, fast-moving team with real deadlines Nice-to-haves Experience in compliance, privacy, security, or another trust-sensitive domainFull-stack comfort — you can reach into the backend when the work calls for it.Experience building reporting for executive audiences Compensation As an early-stage startup, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits. Equity grants are designed to ensure employees share in the long-term success and upside of the company. Base Salary by Location Seattle, WA: $170,000 – $243,000 annuallySan Francisco, CA: $200,000 - $255,000 annually Actual compensation may vary outside of these ranges based on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
