About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Princeton, NJ, with a hybrid work model that includes onsite presence three days a week. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications and data-driven solutions that support clinical trial operations. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development responsibilities, requiring a proactive approach to guiding the development team, ensuring best practices, and delivering robust, scalable, and secure software solutions. The Lead Full Stack Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, analysts, project managers, and DevOps to translate complex business requirements into effective technical architectures.
