What you will do Design and build production backend systems in PythonDevelop APIs and services using Django, Flask, and SQLBuild data pipelines and backend infrastructure from concept to productionIntegrate backend systems with desktop CAD/native applications on macOS or WindowsOwn features and technical decisions end-to-endDeploy and operate services using AWS/GCP and DockerMake pragmatic engineering trade-offs while maintaining long-term code quality What we are looking for 4–7+ years of professional backend software engineering experienceStrong Python and production backend development experienceExperience with Django, Flask, SQL, and API developmentProven 0→1 ownership of a codebase, product, or major featureExperience working at an early-stage startupExperience with desktop/native application development on macOS or WindowsBS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong ownership, autonomy, curiosity, and ability to ship independently Benefits H-1B transfers and TN visas supported.
