About the Role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support our infrastructure and containerized services.
This role focuses on day-to-day operations, deployments, and close collaboration with developers to ensure reliable and stable production services.
You’ll work in a product-focused engineering environment supporting cloud infrastructure and services behind our video technology platform.
You’ll collaborate directly with developers and have hands-on involvement in deployments, troubleshooting, automation, and production reliability.
Responsibilities
Monitor production systems and respond to incidents.Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot AWS services.Develop and maintain automation scripts.Provision and maintain infrastructure using Terraform.Deploy and maintain containerized applications.Maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate closely with software developers.Work with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Administer and troubleshoot Linux systems.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience with AWS services.Experience with web servers.Experience working with relational, time-series, and/or vector databases.Experience with Python and Bash scripting.Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS), with hands-on experience troubleshooting ports, DNS resolution, and connectivity issues.Experience with Git-based development workflows.
Nice to Have
Experience with monitoring and observability tools/technologies such as Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.Previous software development experience or a strong understanding of software development practices.Experience with video streaming technologies (WebRTC, HLS, etc.).
