Your Impact • Serve as the business owner for Sales Forecasting and Pipeline reporting using theAnaplan platform, driving the vision and execution of our reporting capabilities.• Partner deeply with Field Operations and collaborate seamlessly across almost allinternal functions to produce actionable reporting that drives critical businessprocesses, including forecasting, pipeline management, account planning andterritory overview.• Develop and deliver high-impact reporting to track and drive key company strategicinitiatives and overall performance.• Ensure data accuracy and continuity across all systems• Act as the crucial bridge between business strategy and technical execution,effectively translating complex business requirements into clear reportingdeliverables.• Manage and align multiple ongoing priorities across different teams, ensuring thatcross-functional work is coordinated and completed efficiently.• Champion clear, transparent communication of reporting changes andenhancements to stakeholders at all levels. Your Qualifications To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills:• Exceptional Business Acumen & Communication: Demonstrated ability tounderstand business strategy, specifically within the field operations function,communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders, and translate businessneeds into technical solutions.• Anaplan Expertise: Hands-on experience and proven ability to build, maintain, andnavigate models within Anaplan.• Stakeholder & Priority Management: Highly organized with a proven track record ofmanaging numerous ongoing priorities, influencing across teams without directauthority, and driving projects to completion.• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Management, or Finance.• 5-10 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, businessintelligence, or a similar strategic/analytical role in a fast-paced environment.• Strong critical thinking with a proven track record of strong business impact andoutcomes.• Distinctive analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative) with the ability to workacross systems to ensure data transparency and reliability Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) We believe attracting and retaining the best talent and fostering an inclusive culture strengthens our business.
