THE OPPORTUNITY CauzzyAI (SuiteApp) helps finance and operations leaders analyze NetSuite data, automate complex workflows, and act with confidence. We’re looking for a versatile engineer who can move across our customer-installed SuiteApp, cloud platform, and web app - then own the result through testing, release, and real-world use. You don’t need to know everything; you do need strong fundamentals, hands-on NetSuite experience, and curiosity. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD Inside NetSuite: SuiteScript, scheduled and Map/Reduce jobs, SuiteQL, RESTlets, secure data movement, and safe SuiteApp releases.Backend platform: Python services powering AI agents, integrations, scheduled jobs, and strict tenant isolation.Web application: Interfaces for configuring agents, asking questions, and reviewing AI-recommended actions before anything is written back.Data and cloud: SQL schema design, query performance, containerized Azure services, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and secrets management.End-to-end ownership: Turn a customer problem into a spec, tested code, useful documentation, and a reliable production release. HOW WE USE AI AI coding tools are part of our daily workflow, but judgment is the job. You’ll write clear specs, review generated code critically, know when to start over, and ship only what you’re proud to own. You’ll also help build LLM-powered product features, including tools, prompts, context management, and evaluations. WHAT YOU BRING 4+ years building and shipping production software, including releases, incidents, and customer impact.2+ years of hands-on NetSuite development with SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteQL/saved searches, RESTlets, scheduled and Map/Reduce scripts, and SuiteCloud CLI/SDF.Strength in at least two of Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL, with comfort working in the third.Strong SQL fundamentals: joins, window functions, indexing, and query-plan analysis.Experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, and secrets management. Azure is ideal; AWS or GCP translates well.A habit of testing, documenting, communicating clearly, and driving your own work on a small team. YOU'LL STAND OUT WITH MUST HAVE NETSUITE EXPERIENCE. React/Next.js; production Python and async patterns; LLM agents, tool calling, retrieval, or evaluation; finance/accounting fluency; OAuth integrations; managed SuiteApp releases; or multi-tenant SaaS security.
