Role Description This is a full-time Unity Developer role in a hybrid work model, based in the Rzeszow Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility.
The Unity Developer will design, develop, and maintain interactive applications, experiences, or tools using Unity, focusing on performance, usability, and visual quality.
Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing interaction logic, creating and iterating on levels and scenes, integrating assets, and collaborating with designers and other developers to refine features.
The role also involves troubleshooting and optimizing code, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring that Unity projects align with Ci Global’s safety-focused products and user experience standards.
Qualifications
Strong programming skills with experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming concepts applied within Unity or similar engines.Hands-on experience in Mobile Game Development, including optimization for different devices and platforms.Practical knowledge of Augmented Reality (AR) development, including integration of AR frameworks and interactive AR experiences.Experience in Level Design, scene layout, and user interaction flows that support engaging and intuitive experiences.Proficiency with Unity editor, C#, and version control systems (e.g., Git).Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly about technical concepts.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with performance profiling, optimization, and UI/UX implementation is highly beneficial.Familiarity with safety-related or industrial applications, or interest in applying interactive technology to real-world safety challenges, is a plus.
