You are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day 1 Work in small teams of exceptional people, who are relentlessly resourceful to solve problems and find smarter solutions than the status quo Build the best technology in-house, using new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting About the RoleAs a Data Platform Engineer, you'll work alongside senior team members to tackle complex challenges, while taking ownership of your own areas of the problem, in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same. The role is fundamentally about problem solving: understanding business challenges, breaking them down, and delivering pragmatic, scalable solutions. You’ll work closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams, operating with a high degree of autonomy. That means proactively gathering context, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring work lands effectively. Data Platform sits at the centre of the business, with a real opportunity to shape how teams interact with data. The focus is on enabling fast, iterative analytics, moving from idea to insight quickly, while maintaining strong foundations around reliability, cost, and security. Our Modern Tech StackYou’ll work across a broad set of technologies as we evolve the platform.
