We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Cloud DevOps Engineer – Identity & Access Management to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks Contract Duration: ASAP – Nov 31st -2 days in office per week. Possibility of extension for a total of 12 months or beyond & possibility of conversion to FTE (preferred) This role is ideal for engineers who want to build cloud‑native, automated, and resilient identity platforms—and who thrive in environments where innovation, ownership, and technical excellence are expected. Typical Day in Role: Platform & Service Operations Monitor and maintain CIAM SaaS platform stability, availability, and performance.Manage CIAM platform changes, patches, upgrades, and configuration updates.Troubleshoot deployment failures and perform root‑cause analysis.Onboarding Business Channels Lead the technical onboarding of new business channels, apps, and digital products into the CIAM SaaS platform.Integrate new systems using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and CIAM APIs.Collaborate with architecture and security teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.DevOps & Automation Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for CIAM onboarding workflows.Automate customer lifecycle events such as onboarding, altering, and offboarding.Implement environment strategy, deployment governance, and release automation.Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with product teams, architects, and QA to ensure smooth integration.Support business stakeholders and service consumers during onboarding and post‑launch.Security & Compliance Implement secure authentication and authorization flows.Support MFA, SSO, token management, and policy enforcement. Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: 1. 4 years of hands-on experience in creating DevOps pipeline to build, scan, test and deploy code to various production and pre-production environments. 2. 2-4 years of experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., Jira, Jenkins, Gradle, Bitbucket, Artifactory etc.) (No Azure DevOps) 3. 2-4 years of experience with Ansible, creating playbooks, and YAML. 4. 2-4 years of experience with cloud and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, GCP etc.) as we aim to build self-serve products on a cloud platform 5. Sound knowledge on networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS, OSI Model), multi-tier applications, microservice architecture, cloud-hosted software stacks, and are proficient in one or more of these scripting languages - Ansible, Terraform, Bash etc. Nice-To-Have Skills: 1. Strong working experience with incident management and setting up monitoring alerts. 2. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex IAM integrations.
