Lead product strategy for scalable agentic AI platform capabilities and user experiences across RBC.
Serve engineering teams and non-technical business users who build, deploy, discover, and operate AI solutions.
The role is the accountable product leader for a reliable, adoptable, scalable AI foundation.
Product Strategy and Delivery
Own a multi-year roadmap spanning developer-facing and business-user-facing experiences.Lead discovery, requirements definition, portfolio prioritization, and build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions.Partner with engineering, design, and project management on feasibility, funding, sequencing, and delivery trade-offs.Represent the platform in stakeholder, architecture, governance, and vendor forums.
Launch and People Leadership
Define personas, value messaging, success metrics, and business-case inputs for launches.Build, mentor, and lead product managers across platform and experience areas.Promote consistent discovery, prioritization, iterative delivery, and data-backed decision-making.
Must-Have Qualifications
10+ years of product management experience owning a platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing product.Production AI, ML, or LLM platform delivery experience in an enterprise environment, including scaled LLM API integration.Experience creating simple, usable experiences for technical and non-technical audiences.Technical foundation in system design, API and gateway patterns, observability, vector databases, RAG, and data pipelines.Excellent communication and cross-team dependency management skills.Technical university degree or equivalent experience.
