Forward Deployed Engineer

We’re hiring an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to join a fast-growing technology company building AI-powered products for global businesses. This is a hands-on engineering role combining software development, AI and technical delivery. You’ll work on complex customer projects, building and deploying production solutions and taking ownership throughout the full development lifecycle. The Role Design and develop production-grade AI and software solutionsBuild integrations across APIs, data sources and third-party systemsTake technical projects from initial requirements through to productionDevelop solutions involving AI/LLMs, automation and intelligent workflowsWork across architecture, system design, testing and deploymentMonitor and improve solutions once in productionCollaborate with engineering, product and customer-facing teamsWork directly with technical stakeholders to understand requirements and solve complex problems What We’re Looking For 5+ years’ software engineering experienceStrong software architecture and system design knowledgeExperience building and operating production systemsStrong experience with APIs, integrations and distributed systemsExposure to AI/LLMs, AI agents or automationComfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing requirementsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAble to take significant end-to-end ownership Advantageous Previous Forward Deployed, Product Engineering or Solutions Engineering experienceExperience building LLM applications, AI agents or conversational systemsExperience with AI/LLM monitoring, evaluation or observabilityPrevious experience within a high-growth technology or AI company
