Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications and RESTful APIs.Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-tested code.Develop and optimize database queries, schemas, and data models.Integrate third-party APIs and external services.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues.Implement authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and product managers.Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.Monitor application performance and improve scalability and reliability.Write and maintain technical documentation and API documentation.Required Skills Strong experience in one or more backend languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or C#/.NET.Good knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and web services.Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.Knowledge of Git and version control.Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.Preferred Skills Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Knowledge of microservices architecture.Experience with automated testing and monitoring tools.
