Prudential Investment Company of Australia Pty Ltd (PICA Group) is seeking a skilled and experienced Junior Full Stack Analyst Programmer to join the team. About the Role: The Junior Full Stack Analyst Programmer is responsible for analysing business requirements, designing user-friendly application workflows, developing and maintaining full stack software solutions, validating AI-assisted development outputs, and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable and maintainable applications. The position contributes to the analysis, design, development, testing and support of business-critical software applications across PICA's internal and customer-facing systems. You’ll help turn business requirements into secure, reliable and maintainable applications that support both internal and customer-facing systems. Key Responsibilities: Analyse business and user requirements and translate them into functional specifications and implementation plans.Design, develop, test, maintain and enhance web applications, APIs, backend services and frontend interfaces.Create intuitive user interfaces and improve user experience across business systems.Utilise AI-assisted development tools while reviewing, validating and testing generated outputs.Perform unit, integration and regression testing and resolve system defects.Prepare technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Provide production support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Skills, Qualifications and Experience: This is a junior-level opportunity suited to an early-career developer looking to further develop their technical skills within a supportive team environment. To be successful in this role you will have: A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, the Australian strata industry and strata insurance environment. Familiarity with strata management systems, processes or insurance practices will be highly regarded.Demonstrated experience in full stack software development, including web applications, APIs, databases and enterprise systems.Experience developing, testing, maintaining and supporting business-critical applications.Experience creating and improving user interfaces, workflows, forms and dashboards.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing practices and secure coding principles.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.At least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in a software development role, internship, graduate program or similar environment.
