About The Role Taktile empowers financial institutions to transform into truly AI-native organizations. We’re growing rapidly with enterprise customers across banks and insurance companies, and we’re looking for a a Senior Full-stack Engineer to join our engineering team. In Team Decide you'll focus on designing the distributed execution engine that runs customer workflows. You'll own critical systems end-to-end on a team where your decisions shape the product. What You'll Do Build and operate backend services in Python on AWS — Lambda functions, DynamoDB, Aurora, and event-driven pipelines that handle real production traffic. You'll leverage agentic AI tools as part of your daily workflow. Work on exciting AI initiatives such as MCP servers, agentic co-pilotTackle hard backend problems — latency, reliability, and scalability are everyday concerns. Own your systems end-to-end: from architecture and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and incident response. Make key architectural decisions — you'll have real authority over how things are built, not just what gets built. Raise the bar for the team through code reviews, mentoring, and improving our development tooling and processes. Work directly with Product and Design to shape what we build next. Requirements At least 5 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience, with a proven track record of leading complex projects in a senior capacity (2+ years). Deep expertise in ReactExperience working with Design Systems to ensure a consistent UX among different parts of the productStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders on a shared vision. The ability to work in a hybrid model from our Berlin HQ, the London office, or the Iasi hub. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this role.
