Senior Software Engineer - Oxford - Hybrid working pattern - £60,000 - £80,000pa IDPP have exclusively partnered with a leading organisation who are currently undergoing significant growth and investment across its Technology, data, Architecture an Platforms and are recruiting for developers to join their expanding software team. We are looking to speak with engineers who have experience of delivering cutting edge Microservices along with React frontend, ExpressJS, AWS and Typescript. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in the creating leading customer facing software products from design to deployment, you will also have the opportunity to work across multiple projects/products along with growth as a leader as the business expands. Key Responsibilities Drive architectural decisions and set technical direction across multiple projectsMentor and coach junior and mid level engineers, enabling growthInternal and external Stakeholders skills providing innovate and highly effective solutionsEnd to end ownership of critical systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security Required skills: Experience in developing complex software solutions within Node/TypeScript, ExpressJS, React, SQL, NoSQL, Cloud Infrastructure or similar technologiesHistory delivering great software and solving difficult technical problemsExperience mentoring and developing engineering talentThe ability to technical lead project from design to go deploymentStrong communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teamsExperience of unit testingExperience with working with CI/CD pipelinesNice to Have: Python experience If you do not have the required level of experience needed please do still drop me a line as we are recruiting developer and engineers at all levels.
