We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Application Manager who can help NN Re strengthen its Salesforce landscape and further accelerate its ambition to become a data-driven organization. Salesforce is at the heart of our business processes, and you will play a key role in ensuring the platform continues to support our strategic objectives while enabling sustainable growth and operational excellence.What you are going to doThis is a temporary assignment with a clear objective. By the end of your engagement, you will have successfully delivered the following outcomes:The Salesforce Claims Module has been successfully implemented and adopted by the businessGovernance, documentation, auditability and control maturity have demonstrably improvedData quality, completeness and user adoption targets are consistently achievedStakeholders have clear visibility of system performance, risks and prioritiesKnowledge has been transferred effectively, enabling a successor to independently perform the roleWhat we offer youStart date: As soon as possibleDuration: until December 2027Hours: 28 - 36 hours per weekContract type: Freelance assignmentWho you areYou are a proactive and approachable professional who enjoys working with a broad range of stakeholders. You are able to challenge constructively, communicate clearly and translate complex topics into practical solutions.In addition, you bring:Experience within insurance, reinsurance or financial services environmentsKnowledge of treaty management, premium administration and/or claims processesProven experience with Salesforce implementations or significant platform enhancementsExperience designing and implementing governance and operating modelsExperience working within integrated application landscapes and data ecosystemsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsA hands-on mentality combined with a structured way of workingWho you will work withNN Re is the reinsurance company of NN Group.
