Full Stack Product Engineer

Wastecloud is on a mission to end illegal waste disposal. We build the digital infrastructure that makes waste traceable — connecting municipalities, businesses, waste collectors and facilities through real operational data. We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Full-stack Product Engineer to join our small engineering team and help us build what comes next. Our ambition goes beyond building another B2B SaaS platform. Over time, we want Wastecloud to become the infrastructure through which waste services are coordinated and executed across Europe — making every waste movement visible, traceable and accountable. What you will do Own and ship full-stack features end-to-end — from database and backend logic to UI.Turn real operational problems into simple, reliable software.Design data flows, reporting logic and dashboards around real-world waste operations.Build integrations with APIs, IoT devices and third-party systems.Automate internal workflows and support our Azure infrastructure.Work directly with our technical co-founder on architecture and technical decisions.Help specify, review and integrate work delivered by external engineering partners. What we are looking for Strong full-stack experience and solid SQL/relational database foundations.Ability to take a problem from idea to production independently.Comfort working across APIs, automations and cloud environments.Effective use of AI tools as part of your development workflow.A builder’s mindset: pragmatic, curious and fast to learn.Someone who wants ownership and is comfortable working in a small team where individual contribution matters.
