The Role
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Mid-level DevOps Engineer with around 3 years of professional experience to join a collaborative project team based in Porto.
In this role, you will help build, manage, and automate modern cloud and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and continuous delivery across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Automation: Implement and maintain scalable containerized infrastructure across cloud platforms, with a strong focus on Azure DevOps.Orchestration & GitOps: Assist in managing and optimizing modern orchestration platforms using Kubernetes and support GitOps workflows for automated deployment.CI/CD Pipelines: Build, improve, and operate reliable CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure and fast application releases.Configuration Management: Develop automation scripts and playbooks using Ansible to streamline environment provisioning.System Administration: Ensure stable operation and perform troubleshooting in core Linux environments.Collaboration: Work closely with software developers and senior infrastructure engineers to align applications with DevOps best practices.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Around 3 years of proven professional experience working in a DevOps or SRE.Containerization: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container lifecycle management.GitOps & CI/CD: Practical understanding of GitOps methodologies and intermediate to advanced usage of CI/CD tools (specifically Azure DevOps).Automation: Practical experience using Ansible for infrastructure automation and configuration management.Operating Systems: Solid experience administering and troubleshooting Linux-based systems.Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, autonomy to tackle intermediate tasks, and the ability to communicate clearly in English.Availability: Ability to work in a hybrid setup, visiting our office in Porto twice a week.
