Build high-quality, responsive interfaces using React, Next.js, and modern web techOwn features end-to-end, including backend logic and data layers when neededCollaborate with design and product to turn ideas into customer-ready experiencesEngage with early users, learn from feedback, and iterate quicklyContribute to a strong engineering culture through code reviews, shared ownership, and mentorshipShip production-grade code quickly and thoughtfully, balancing quality and speed And what you'll need.. 3–5 years of experience building and shipping full stack or frontend-heavy applicationsStartup experienceStrong fluency with React, Next.js (or similar frameworks), and frontend fundamentalsExperience implementing backend logic and persistence, ideally with Django or similarFamiliar with TypeScript and GraphQL (or excited to grow into them)Proven ability to take features from concept to production independentlyCustomer-obsessed, you care that your work solves real problems for real usersThoughtful about UX and usability, and ask good product questionsThrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environmentsContinuously raise the bar, for yourself, your peers, and the product
