【Leading Domestic Payment】 ■ Position: Frontend Engineer (Global Team) ■ Location: Tokyo Office (Remote/Hybrid) ■ Work Style: Hybrid Work / Super Flextime ■Salary: 8M-12M JPY As a founding core member of a newly established global engineering division, you will drive in-house frontend development and spearhead product evolution at an unprecedented pace to democratize daily finance. ■ Responsibilities ・Develop, deploy, and continuously optimize highly responsive user interfaces for modern web applications, including mini-apps integrated into the main payment platform, comprehensive PC trading dashboards, and internal business management tools. ・Collaborate directly with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and UI/UX Designers, to customize and elevate the digital asset management experience for a massive user base. ・Lead the rapid prototyping and iterative development of entirely new product features and major structural design renewals to validate concepts before full-scale deployment. ・Drive technical excellence across the codebase by implementing rigorous unit testing (TDD), eliminating technical debt, and refining overarching frontend architectures. ・Continuously evaluate and integrate the latest frontend technologies and frameworks (Vue.js, TypeScript, etc.) to ensure optimal application performance and a seamless investment journey for end-users. ■ Requirements 【求められる経験・スキル / required experience and skills】 ・3 to 5 years of in-house web product development experience. ・Hands-on proficiency with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, and TypeScript. ・Solid understanding of modern web development methodologies and JS frameworks. ・Practical experience with REST API integration. ・A highly autonomous mindset with a strong sense of ownership. ・Fluent or JLPT N1 equivalent Japanese. ■ Preferred Qualifications ・Application development experience within the securities or finance sectors. ・Practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Agile methodologies. ・Track record of monitoring and optimizing frontend performance. ・Experience building CI/CD infrastructure and deployment pipelines. ・Background in operating and scaling in-house digital services. ・Business-level English proficiency. 【学歴】 大学卒業以上 【職種 / type of occupation】 システム開発（Web・オープン・モバイル系） 【給与 / salary】 年収 800 〜 1,200万円 【賞与】 【雇用形態 / employment status】 正社員 雇用期間 期間の定めなし 【就業時間 / working hours】 09:00～18:00 【休日休暇 / holiday】 土曜日 日曜日 祝日 【保険 / social insurance】 健康保険 厚生年金保険 雇用保険 受動喫煙防止措置 敷地内禁煙 【業種 / industry】 証券 ※詳細はお仕事のご紹介時にお伝えします Job ID: VAC-293634/
