Join our Global IT team as a DevOps Engineer and help build reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions across an international environment.
You’ll work hands-on with CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and container technologies to improve how software is delivered and operated.
Collaborating with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams, you’ll turn technical challenges into practical improvements that make IT more efficient and resilient.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build, operate, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and automated software delivery.Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.Automate deployments, configuration, and operational processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.Support cloud and containerized environments, including Docker, Kubernetes, and related technologies.Work closely with development, infrastructure, platform, security, and operations teams to integrate and strengthen DevOps practices.Contribute to monitoring, logging, and observability to improve system performance, reliability, and operational visibility.Troubleshoot incidents and pipeline issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable technical improvements.Evaluate and support the adoption of new DevOps tools and technologies that improve automation, stability, and efficiency.Maintain clear technical documentation, standards, configurations, and operational procedures.Apply security, compliance, governance, and DevSecOps principles across automation and infrastructure processes.
Qualifications:
Must-have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in DevOps Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud Operations, or a similar technical role.Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent.Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, or similar technologies.Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes or comparable containerization and orchestration technologies.Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.Scripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages.Understanding of monitoring, logging, observability, infrastructure security, and DevSecOps practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.Good verbal and written English communication skills.Nice-to-have
Experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.Experience supporting hybrid or on-premises infrastructure alongside cloud environments.Knowledge of additional DevOps, monitoring, or automation tools.German language skills.Experience working in an agile, international, or globally distributed IT environment.
