Senior Angular / Frontend Engineer Athens | Hybrid (Primarily Remote) | Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Angular / Frontend Engineer to join a large-scale enterprise technology environment and play a key role in the evolution of modern frontend applications. This role goes beyond feature development. You will contribute to frontend architecture, reusable component libraries, design systems, technical standards, and engineering best practices while collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate combines deep Angular expertise with strong architectural thinking, technical ownership, and the ability to influence engineering decisions across large-scale enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Angular applications. * Take end-to-end ownership of complex frontend solutions from design through delivery. * Design scalable, maintainable, and reusable frontend architectures and shared component libraries. * Develop reusable UI components based on design system principles and Figma specifications. * Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, Backend Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and DevOps teams. * Review code, promote engineering best practices, and maintain high code quality across multiple development teams. * Mentor developers and contribute to technical decision-making and architectural consistency. * Drive frontend modernization initiatives and continuously improve application performance and maintainability. * Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs while ensuring secure and efficient user experiences. * Support CI/CD pipelines, build automation, package management, and deployment processes. * Produce and maintain technical documentation, architecture guidelines, onboarding material, and development standards. * Identify technical risks, reduce technical debt, and contribute to the long-term evolution of the frontend platform. Required Skills & Experience * Minimum 6 years of frontend development experience, including extensive experience with enterprise-scale web applications. * Proven experience as a Senior Angular Engineer delivering complex business-critical applications. * Strong technical ownership with the ability to design solutions rather than simply implement requirements. * Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Experience working within Agile software development environments.
