Senior AI Engineer - Agentic Platform

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer – Agentic Platform (MCP) to join our team in Cyprus in a hybrid working mode. At EPAM, we are developing an enterprise Agentic AI platform that leverages autonomous AI agents to enhance engineering and delivery workflows across the organization. This platform integrates with enterprise tools via Model Context Protocol (MCP) services, enabling AI agents to interact with systems like Jira/Xray, GitHub, CI/CD systems, documentation platforms, and planning tools. By joining us, you'll be designing and implementing core MCP services, enabling scalable and secure integrations for AI agent-driven workflows. Your work will significantly contribute to advancing AI-driven automation in enterprise environments, improving productivity and quality in software delivery.
