ResponsibilitiesAutomated Requirements & Feedback ProcessingAutomatically organize product requirements, user feedback, and various product documents into structured knowledge assets.Document & Solution GenerationAssist in generating PRDs, technical design documents, test cases, release notes, and other standardized deliverables to improve quality and efficiency.Knowledge Base & Intelligent Q&ADevelop internal knowledge base systems or intelligent Q&A tools to help teams quickly retrieve historical decisions and technical expertise.AI-Assisted DevelopmentLeverage AI tools for coding, code review, issue diagnosis, and performance optimization.Automation of Repetitive WorkIdentify and automate repetitive tasks across product, development, and testing processes to free up human resources.Custom Tool DevelopmentFlexibly develop other AI-powered utilities (e.g., data cleaning, log analysis, auto-labeling) based on actual team pain points. RequirementsCoding AbilitySolid hands-on coding experience, with the ability to independently complete a project from requirement analysis to a working deliverable.Programming LanguagesProficiency in at least one of Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go, with practical project experience.AI Coding ToolsFamiliarity with at least one AI-assisted development tool such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot, and the ability to use it effectively to boost productivity.
