Frontend Developer (React / TypeScript / UX/UI) We're partnering with an innovative company within the gaming and digital entertainment sector that is looking to add a talented Frontend Developer with a strong UX/UI focus to one of its growing product teams. This is a unique opportunity to join a greenfield product initiative where AI is set to play a significant role in shaping the future of the Gaming & Casino industry. The team is building next-generation products from the ground up, giving engineers the chance to influence architecture, user experience, and product direction from day one. You'll be working on highly interactive digital experiences for a global audience, within an environment that handles large-scale distributed systems, significant traffic volumes, and real-time user engagement. Rather than working from handed-down specifications, you'll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to influence how products look, feel, and perform. The Role As part of a cross-functional team, you'll help design and develop intuitive, visually compelling user experiences while contributing to frontend architecture, reusable component libraries, and scalable design systems. This role would suit either: A Frontend Developer with a strong eye for UX/UI and interaction design.AI Native Developer - Pushing AI & not just using for productivityA UX/UI Designer with commercial React development experience.An engineer who enjoys translating design thinking into real-world product experiences. Key Responsibilities Build modern, responsive web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.Convert wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs into pixel-perfect user experiences.Design and improve user journeys, interactions, and workflows.Develop reusable UI components and contribute to a shared design system.Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine requirements and improve usability.Ensure frontend solutions meet high standards for accessibility, performance, scalability, and maintainability.Use user feedback, analytics, experimentation, and testing to drive continuous product improvements.Take ownership of frontend features from concept through deployment. Desirable Experience Next.js and server-side rendering.Redux Toolkit and state management patterns.Headless CMS platforms, particularly Strapi.Design systems and component libraries.Accessibility and web performance optimisation.A/B testing, user analytics, and data-driven design decisions.Experience within gaming, entertainment, media, or highly interactive consumer products.
