Position Summary Seeking an experienced engineer to provide application support, maintenance, enhancement, and operational oversight for a business-critical physical security and access management platform. This role requires a senior, hands-on resource who can take ownership of a complex AWS-hosted application and troubleshoot across front-end technologies, cloud services, databases, APIs, identity controls, and physical security integrations. This is not solely a front-end development role or an AWS infrastructure role. The ideal candidate will bring broad application support expertise, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and experience supporting cloud-native enterprise applications across infrastructure, integrations, security, and reporting domains. Core Responsibilities Provide day-to-day production support for a cloud-based access management platform.Troubleshoot application, integration, and data issues across UI, APIs, messaging, and databases.Support AWS Lambda-based services and release/deployment workflows.Monitor application health, investigate incidents, and drive root cause analysis (RCA).Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal platform/security teams.Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.Support audit/compliance needs and operational reporting.
