Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (ITOM & CMDB) Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract / Full-time Experience: 6-10 Years Mandatory Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA)Certified Application Developer (CAD)Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade integration solutions within the ServiceNow platform.Build scalable integrations supporting CMDB, ITOM, Discovery, Event Management, and Asset Management.Develop integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, MID Server, Event Pipelines, and scheduled/batch integrations.Define and implement CI data models, reconciliation rules, normalization standards, and source-of-truth strategies.Ensure secure integration design, including authentication, credential management, logging, monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization.Collaborate with architects, platform owners, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust integration solutions.Maintain data quality through effective data mapping, payload transformation, duplicate prevention, and governance practices.Provide technical guidance and best practices for ServiceNow development and integration. Required Skills & Experience: 6-10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Event Management.Hands-on experience with APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, MID Server, Event Pipelines, and Batch Integrations.Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms such as Splunk, Zabbix, Flexera, NetBox, Datadog, Active Directory, vCenter, and Microsoft Azure.Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, normalization, reconciliation, and CI lifecycle management.Expertise in integration security, credential management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.Ability to design scalable integration architectures for enterprise ServiceNow environments.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.Core Competencies ServiceNow DevelopmentITOMCMDBCSDMDiscoveryEvent ManagementIntegrationHubREST APIsMID ServerEnterprise Integrations
