Join a lean engineering team building a modern digital platform for simplifying vehicle ownership. You will work across backend services and APIs, mobile applications, internal web tools, databases, and third-party integrations, with substantial ownership and the chance to build new capabilities from the ground up.
Highlights
Build a high-impact mobility platform from the ground up across backend services, mobile applications, internal web tools, and data infrastructure, with modern architecture and an execution-focused team.
Description
Full-Stack Developer (Middle+ / Senior)
OneClub · Tbilisi
About the Role & Mission:
Most people don't own cars; they manage a chaotic bundle of maintenance logs, insurance policies, unexpected repair bills, and fuel stops.
At OneClub, we’re building the decentralized digital garage: a unified ecosystem powered by an AI assistant that takes the friction, guesswork, and opacity out of vehicle ownership.
We’re backed by a lean, execution-focused founding team, moving fast, and tackling real-world physical workflows with modern software architecture.
If you thrive on building high-impact products from the ground up and want to redefine mobility infrastructure, let's talk.
Responsibilities
· Design, build and maintain backend services and GraphQL APIs
· Build features in the mobile app for iOS and Android
· Build and improve internal web tools used by staff and partners
· Work with PostgreSQL: write queries, design schema changes, keep data correct
· Integrate third-party services, including payment providers
· Review other people’s code, and have yours reviewed
· Work with QA: reproduce reported problems, fix the cause, confirm the fix
Tech stack
You will work with:
Backend - TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS - GraphQL (Apollo Server) - PostgreSQL, TypeORM - Redis, RabbitMQ, BullMQ
Mobile - React Native (iOS and Android), Expo - Apollo Client, i18next - Firebase Cloud Messaging
Web - Angular, React, TypeScript
Tools - Git, GitHub, code review, Jira - Docker
Requirements
Experience - 3+ years of commercial full-stack development (5+ for Senior) - Products you have shipped to real users and then maintained - Confident TypeScript on both server and client
Technical - Strong Node.js — NestJS preferred, but a solid Express/Fastify background is fine - Practical SQL: you write queries yourself, understand indexes and transactions, and do not rely on the ORM to think for you - REST and GraphQL API design - React or Angular for web, React Native for mobile — you do not need all three at a senior level, but you should be able to read any of them and be productive in at least two - Git and a working habit of small, reviewable pull requests
Considered a strong advantage - Payment integration experience — card payments, Apple Pay / Google Pay, Open Banking, refunds - A mobile app you have taken through App Store and Google Play review - Message queues and background job processing - Georgian language
Not required - A degree - Our exact stack, if you have shipped something comparable - DevOps and infrastructure skills — useful, but not part of this role
AI tools and Claude Code
We use AI coding tools every day and expect the same from you.
This is a real requirement, not a bonus line.
What we look for:
· Practical daily use of Claude Code or a comparable agentic coding tool — driving it through a whole task, not just autocompleting a line
· Managing context well.
Knowing what the model needs to see, and recognising that a bad answer is usually a context problem
· Critical reading of what it produces.
The most important skill here is catching the answer that looks right and is not
· Knowing where the line is.
What must never be accepted unverified — anything touching money, customer data or production
· Writing clearly.
Good prompts and good commit messages are the same skill
We are more interested in your judgement using these tools than in how many of them you have tried.
Soft skills
These carry real weight for us:
· Explain your work in plain language.
You will talk to people who do not read code.
If you cannot describe a problem without jargon, you probably have not finished understanding it
· Report honestly.
Say when something does not work, when you are unsure, and when you were wrong.
We would much rather hear it early
· Ask instead of guessing when a task can be read two ways
· Finish what you start — including the boring last 10%: the test, the ticket update, the note to QA
· Take bug reports seriously.
QA telling you something looks wrong is information, not an accusation
· Care about the person on the other side of the screen.
A wrong number on a payment screen is not a cosmetic issue
What we offer
· Competitive salary, based on your level and interview results
· A product with real users, where your work is visible within days
· A small team and direct communication — no layers between you and the decision
· Freedom to choose how you solve a task, and responsibility for the result
· Modern tooling, including paid AI development tools
