Role- Azure Devops with ELK Location Amsterdam, Netherlands-( 1 Position for Belgium & 2 Position for Netherlands( one Dutch speaking is mandatory and another role dutch is not required) Experience 8+ Years Hybrid mode Twice in a week client Job Description As a Proficient DevOps Engineer, candidate will support backend applications within the Payments domain, specifically in the SEPA Direct Debits area. Candidate will contribute to ensuring the availability, security, and lifecycle management (LCM) of critical platforms. ____________________________________ Role & Responsibilities As part of a hybrid team your responsibilities will include: • Ensuring high availability and operational stability of the platforms • Managing technical and functional incidents, including participation in the on-call rotation • Supporting pre-production and production deployments • Contributing to monitoring and alerting improvements • Driving automation initiatives to increase efficiency • Ensuring compliance with ING risk and security standards ____________________________________ Required Skills Core Expertise • Strong experience in Incident, Change, and Configuration Management (ITIL) • Experience in Lifecycle management, risk management, and documentation • Hands-on experience with o Unix/Linux environments (including shell scripting) o Red Hat OpenShift or equivalent container platforms o Running containerized microservices o Running Java components in virtualized environment • Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines using YAML, Ansible, Git) • Knowledge of Ansible is must • Experience with monitoring and observability tools: ELK, Grafana, Prometheus • Experience with Oracle or other relational databases • Experience with Kafka topics usage • Experience or strong interest in Payments domain • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum way of working • Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation (24/7 service availability) Additional Skills (Nice to Have) • Previous Operations experience within Financial domain • Understanding of Java and Spring framework concepts • Experience with GridGain, Apache Ignite, or other in-memory data solutions • Knowledge of Cloud computing concepts • Interest in Automation of repetitive tasks Soft Skills • Team player with strong collaboration mindset • Solution-driven approach • Understand the business and acts it • Proactive and self-motivated • Strong communication skills • Local language speaking candidate is preferable
